SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY
Magnolia–licious ("magnoliastamps.us") shipping and handling rates were designed to be as reasonable for our customers as possible. Shipping and handling rates charged are based on the weight of your order. USA shipment rates quoted are USPS Letter Mail for orders under 13 ounces and Priority Mail over 13 ounces. Canadian orders will be shipped from our Canadian office using Canada Post Lettermail or Expedited Parcel Mail. Orders are normally delivered to the post office by us within four days of receipt. The actual shipping time will depend on the post office.
International orders will be mailed in a International Priority Envelope. This can not be tracked or insured. To Track and insure an International Order it must be sent Express Priority and is more expensive.
We are sorry but we are not responsible for items lost in the mail. There will be no compensation but will do our utmost to help locate them if at all possible. As of Feb 24, 2012 USPS will have a tracking number.
Authorization for Return or Replacement
To obtain Magnolia–licious authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply call 1-877-629-9908 email us at email@example.com within 45 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will not be accepted.
Defective merchandise should be returned in the original packaging, if possible.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us at 1-877-629-9908 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.
