SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping and Handling Policy
Magnolia-licious shipping and handling rates were designed to be as reasonable for our customers as possible. Shipping and handling rates charged are based on the weight of your order. USA shipment rates quoted are USPS Mail. Canadian orders will be shipped from our Canadian office using Canada Post. All International orders will be mailed by 'Priority International Mail'. Orders of less than $50.00 will be shipped in Flat Rate Envelopes and no tracking or insurance is available on this service. Orders over $50.00 will have tracking numbers and include insurance. Orders are normally delivered to the post office by us within five business days of receipt. The actual shipping time will depend on the post office. We are NOT responsible for items lost in the mail but will do our utmost to help locate them if at all possible.
RETURN POLICY
Authorization for Return or Replacement
To obtain Magnolia-licious's authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply call 1-604-594-5188 email us at magnolia.us@shaw.ca within 45 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 45 days of purchase.
CONDITIONS
Non-defective merchandise must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us at 1-604-594-5188 or email us at magnolia.us@shaw.ca within 30 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.
